Three bed, semi detached, two storey houses (house type b) in lieu of 6 no. Semi detached, two storey house with garage (house type c), on road no. 7 and also build two storey semi detached house bype b in lieu of semi detached house type c along road no. 5, at no. 6 and no. 7 along road no. 5 in an overall density of 32 houses in lieu of 30 houses. The road layout and the services layout are retained as is already permissioned under ref no. 15/89 (extension of planning ref 04/860). The section of oakridge will be titled 'willow grove' and the new numbering of houses will be 1 to 32 (inclusive ) willow grove. All of this on their site
