- These alterations comprise of the redesign of the site layout to include the replacement of 4 no. Type a1 houses, as granted, along the north-eastern boundary and in their place we apply for the construction of 1 no. 3 storey apartment building (consisting of 1 no. 1 bedroom apartment and 17 no. 2 bedroom apartments) with rooftop plant area, bin store plus associated parking. (b) in accordance with condition no. 2(a) of 303427-19 granted permission, along the northern boundary in lieu of 15 no. Terraced houses, as omitted in the aforementioned condition, we hereby apply for the construction of a terrace of 5 no. Houses comprising 2 no. Type c houses and 3 no. Type d houses plus 1 no. 3 storey apartment building (consisting 15 no. 2 bedroom apartments) with rooftop plant area together with bin store, public open space, pedestrian access and associated parking
