The proposed development will consist of: the removal of three single storey additions to the existing workshop building, relocation of existing water storage tank and construction of new single & two storey extensions to the existing workshop building to provide a four-bedroom house, provision of garage, provision of a new single storey pump house adjacent to the re-located water storage tank, hard and soft landscaping, connections to existing services and all associated site works. A number of protected structures exist at mount juliet estate (inc. Refs c367, d24, c1021, c1022, c1023), however, no works are proposed to these structures. A natura impact statement (nis) will be submitted to the planning authority with the application
