For the following: porch: a newly erected porch to the front of the house, which will measure 1420mm deep by 2400mm wide, with a flat fiber glass roof measuring 2700mm high. The porch will only consist of a front facing door with a small arched fan light above the door. In addition to this, the permission will also include the addition of new access to the road by car, which will drop kerb of footpath to allow for vehicle access. This will consist of a new opening in the wall, which will be 3352mm wide. This opening will be to the left-hand side of the site and the capped wall to the right-hand side which will measure 2892mm with a 460mm capped pillar. The wall will be 1000mm in height and the pillar 1300mm in height. A pillar of 460mm by 460mm will be erected to the left-hand side of the opening. A sliding gate will be installed which will measure 1000mm high, to match height of wall.
