Two storey rear annexes to existing 3-storey over basement buildings no. 20 patrick street which is a protected structure (rps ref: b157), (niah ref. No. 12001032), and no. 21 patrick street which is a protected structure (rps ref: b157), (niah ref. No. 12001031), including the removal of an external water tank at roof level and the reinstatement of a pitched roof.
