Protected structures namely d86 (niah ref. 12000190) railway station, including goods shed and footbridge and b38 (niah ref. 12006001) former workhouse, remains of a union workhouse complex built in 1840. The proposed works relate to an outdoor fenced area housing a sauna facility only and no works are proposed to the elevations or to the structures of the protected buildings and no ground excavations are required
