Proposed construction of 10 no. Bungalow opd type dwelling houses consisting of two no. Blocks of 3 no. Terraced bungalow opd type houses and one block of 4 no. Terraced bungalow opd type houses, access road, car parking, green open space, boundary fences/walls, proposed connections to existing foul sewer, surface water and water main networks and all ancillary works. It is now proposed to (a) alter the site boundaries so as to relocate the proposed entrance and access road servicing the proposed development onto market street (b) demolish existing extensions to the side and rear of existing former ulster bank building which is a protected structure so as to allow for the proposed relocation of the proposed entrance & access road (c) proposed reduction in total house numbers from 10 to 9 and all ancillary works
