Proposed redesign of a previously permitted development which currently has a live planning permission for a block of 6 no. Two & three storey terrace type dwelling houses all of which were originally granted full planning permission under planning reference number pl06/354 and further extended the duration of planning permission under planning reference number pl11/244 & pl17/213 respectively. This redesign proposes the construction of 6 no. Two bedroom two storey terrace type dwelling houses together with proposed entrance, provision of adequate car parking, connection to existing foul sewer, surface water and watermain services to service the proposed redesign and all ancillary works, whereby it is now proposed to reduce the overall site size than what was originally submitted as part of this planning permission application together with dividing the proposed development from a terraced block of 6 no.
