The items to be retained are as follows; a single storey extension to the western side of the dwelling, change of use of an attached domestic garage to a living area on the east elevation, to retain an existing window in place of two doors to the south elevation, and changes to doors and windows to the north and eastern elevation. To retain an existing detached garage for domestic use only.
