Proposed renovations and construction of extensions to an existing single storey cottage type dwelling house to include the removal of the existing roof structure and the proposed construction of a dormer type roof so as to provide habitable accommodation at first floor level, entrance, boundary fence/wall, detached garage, decommissioning of the existing septic tank system and installation of a new wastewater treatment system with polishing filter in accordance with the epa code of practice 2021 and all ancillary site works
