Opening a pedestrian entrance archway & door through part of my existing dwelling ground floor area, for access to a proposed glamping site reception area and kitchen within the existing dwelling ground floor area, to install sanitary facilities within a portacabin, to install 6no. Glamping cabins (6no. 4 person) and a single communal open plan cabin to the rear of my property, 12no. Off-street parking spaces are to be provided to the rear of the existing super value shopping facility opposite my premises. Site works to include re-connection to the existing public foul sewer and existing water mains services on site and all associated site works
