Development description

A single story extension built to the rear of the property (built circa 1995) and for retention for an extension built to the front of the garage and the addition of a pitch roof to the garage (built circa 1976). I also intend to apply for permission to replace an existing flat roof, which covers the existing boiler room with a pitch roof. This will include raising of the height of the existing walls to the flat roof element to that of the wall plate level to tie into that of the adjacent south facing rear elevation of the property. I also intend to increase the size of 3 windows - two on the east elevation and one window on the south elevation of the property. Add a velux window to the rear of the house on the south elevation and add two new windows one on the south elevation and one on the west elevation
