- The development will consist of: modifications to the birr primary care centre ambulance base granted under planning ref. 22/404 as follows
- Adjustment to the position of the proposed ambulance base building upon the site, proposed between 3.4
- 4.2 metres closer to the rear of the site
- Addition of a 27.5m2 secure caged external compound to the rear of the ambulance base building, including a portion of perimeter screening wall
