The upgrading and extending of existing sports facility. Permission is sought to construct a new clubhouse containing 4 number dressing rooms and a referee dressing room all with shower and w. C facilities, an open plan gym and gym studio area, a plant room, a main reception area, a kitchen/food prep-area, a viewing gallary/meeting room, storage rooms and associated toilets and shower rooms. Permission is also sought for: (a) 1 number full sized all weather playing pitch and associated pitch lighting, to install various external racing tracks and exercise stations, a tarmacadam finished exercise walking track and a secure children play area, all with associated low level lighting.
