(b) for planning permission to retain the existing retail ground floor inclusive of the existing cellar area. (c) for planning permsion to refurbish the remaining original residential area of the 1st 2nd and 3rd floors to accommodate apartments consisting of 3no. Studio apartments, 4 no. 2 bedroom apartments and 2 no. 1 bedroom apartments, inclusive of new internal passenger lift, connection to all existing public services and associated site works.
