Number 22115002 and a recorded monument t1083-007. The works comprise of internal reorganisation of the existing house, removal of the later edition south facing porch, alteration of door opening on south façade to create new window, demolition of an out-building to the west of the house and associated lean-to arch, alteration of window opening on north façade to create a new rear door entrance and steps, demolition of existing bay windows on north facade to be replaced by new double doors and window arrangement with balcony at first floor level, reorganisation of guttering and downpipes on side and rear facades and associated site works, removal of remnants of lead detail embedded in south and east facade and to be repointed, blocking up of openings and removal of cement render on west facade, rendering of west facade
