A sunroom, for permission to later demolish same sunroom and permission to construct a new lean to, single storey sunroom to the southeast gable of my house. Retention of an enlarged first floor triple window to the southwest elevation and retention of double entrance doors to the same elevation. Retention of an extra first floor dormer window to the northeast elevation and retention of a smaller first floor window to the same elevation. Retention of a smaller first floor window to the north west elevation. Retention of fascias and soffits to the gable ends of the main roof and retention of a chimney to the same roof.
