Retention for unauthorised development for a recessed entrance, a service road and an aqua drainage pipe to direct all stormwater from the unauthorised development to a soakpit under the cattle grid at the recessed entrance on the north west area of their site. This new entrance and access road has now replaced the original entrance and service road which was on the east side of the site with access from the private road to the family home at ballyowen house. The original entrance and access road has been closed off permanently.
