The proposed amendment will involve the following (a) revision/enlargement of site boundaries from 1.04 ha to 2.95 ha to encompass the totality of a front field bounding the public road (b) repositioning of permitted dwelling from the back field to the aforementioned front field (c) revisions to the previously permitted dwelling design to include, a reduction of the overall height, a revised garage plan to include a covered car port to the rear, an extension to the rear to include a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom and the replacement of a flat roof section to the rear with a pitched roof (d) a new landscaping plan and all ancillary site works.
