New single-storey flat-roof extensions to the main building, provision of new solar panels to south and east roof slopes, and removal of the existing metal stairs. Permission is also sought for conversion (change of use) of existing unused coach house building on site into guest house, including replacement of existing windows with timber windows, removal of timber canopy structure, provision of new single-storey flat roof extension, provision of new door and walkway to east elevation, provision of dormer type alteration to roof to facilitate new first floor door on east elevation, provision of new solar panel to east slope of roof, and removal and infill of roller shutter on mountain road elevation. New landscaping will be provided including expansion of existing parking area, and provision of new formal landscaping to north of site, including replacement of existing cast in-situ capping to solid wall with new stone capping, provision of new gazebo structure in front garden, provision of patio area canopy structure, and provision of new site lighting. Width of existing site entrance to be increased by 1m. All the above to be done together with all associated site works. The building is a protected structure (rps no. 52)
