  • The dwelling is to be increased in height and consequently altered from a storey and a half style dwelling to a full two storey dwelling. The single storey wing to the front of the dwelling is to be increased in height, to a full two storey wing
  • The floor area of the upper storey is to be increased to include an additional bedroom, two en-suites, a study/office, walk in wardrobe, storage and ancillary areas
