The development previously permitted is for alterations and extensions to & refurbishment of the cashel palace hotel, including demolition works. The development for which permission is sought comprises of the construction of a single-storey garden gazebo structure withn the front walled garden of the pre-function area, to the southwest of the main house, and all associated siteworks.
