For retention permission for the rebuild of the front boundary wall and changes to the front elevation of the existing dwelling and full planning permission for works to be carried out on our existing building which is a protected structure rps: trps1757 and niah building ref: 22204605. The works to be undertaken are as follows: a) walls to be repaired and rendered, b) to repair existing timber windows, c) repair and construct a new roof to the single storey section of the dwelling and finish with a new thatched roof, d) replace existing thatch with new thatch, e) repairs to be carried out on existing chimney and chimney stacks, f) repairs to be carried out to existing doors and door surrounds, g) repairs and reconstruction to existing front boundary wall along the public road, h) construction of a new ground floor to the proposed sitting room of the dwelling, with all associated siteworks
