A new 2 storey multifunctional spectators stand (capacity of 1000ppl) located between new pitches consists of 3 full sized pitches (gaa size) ,1no grass pitch (east of stand) & 1no. Synthetic multi-functional pitch (west of stand) to allow 2no lateral soccer pitches on the main pitch; 1no. Grass pitch to the north of the site ;all pitches to be flood lit to relevant standards; northern grass pitch to have a 3m high privacy perimeter fence, all pitches to have ball stop netting to each goal and 1.2m spectator fence; multifunctional pitch to allow for ball stop netting for soccer games played lateral across the pitch; a jogging track around the perimeter of the pitches with exercise stations and rest areas, the track will be 3m wide with associated lighting; access road for emergency and maintenance vehicles to the east boundary of east grass pitch up to the northern pitch; 1no multi-sport training area to include a synthetic surface (40x45) with rebound wall 5m high and protection fencing with ball stop netting to top of protection fence around perimeter to be flood lit to relevant standards; addition of an internal mezzanine level to existing sports lab of 221m2 and new 2 storey extension to the east elevation of the existing sports lab includes administrative areas, meeting rooms and changing rooms to facilitate the campus; a new tennis center including a two storey clubhouse and associated courts, changing areas and spectator zones; pv panels to be allowed for on roof of sports lab , tennis centre and spectators stand; 2.4m high fence to secure pitch areas with access from main campus; all associated site works including drainage arrangements and landscape works; a new esb substation, boundary treatments and upgrades provision for 10 coach parking spaces, 10 additional car parking spaces, 5 additional accessible parking spaces and 10 motorcycle spaces, 2no. Covered secure bicycle stores and grounds keepers store in addition the relocation of existing storage unit on site (133.6m2); all on a site area of 9.8ha.
