Works to include the following; (a) the demolition of the existing diesel storage tank and associated concrete bund, removal of existing electrical generator, and associated fencing to the generator compound; (b) a proposed new secured fuel storage compound with associated stone faced walls and new self-bunded fuel storage tank; (c) a proposed new single storey energy centre building containing a new lv switch room, a new transformer room, a new rmu and a new esb substation; (d) a proposed 2 no.
