  • Siteworks comprising: provision of bicycle & car parking including (ev) electric vehicle charge points & accessible parking bay, air & water service area, widening of existing vehicular entrances, landscaping, resurfacing of existing forecourt, suds & attenuation measures, petrol interceptor, new boundary treatments, (including construction of retaining wall structures), decommissioning of existing below ground fuel storage tanks & installation of new fuel storage tanks & associated ventilation stack and all associated & ancillary site development and infrastructure works
