Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is launching applications for 40 affordable one-bedroom apartments at St Laurence’s Park in Stillorgan, with prices starting from €255,000.
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is opening applications for 40 affordable one-bedroom apartments at St Laurence’s Park in Stillorgan.
The local authority constructed the development on council-owned land. The units are being allocated through the Affordable Purchase Scheme, which aims to provide newly built homes at reduced rates to first-time buyers and other eligible applicants who cannot afford open-market prices.
The available properties are structured across three pricing levels:
- **21 one-bedroom apartments without a parking space:** Prices start from €255,000.
- **11 apartments with parking:** Prices start from €270,000.
- **Eight larger apartments:** Prices start from €270,000.
The overall municipal development also incorporates a new two-storey library and dedicated community spaces.
The online application portal is scheduled to open on Wednesday, 12 August at 12pm, and will close on Wednesday, 2 September at 5pm.
