It does not score, grade or predict whether a particular proposal would be granted permission — no report can honestly do that, because that depends on the design a professional prepares, not just the site. It does not replace a pre-planning consultation with the local authority, and it is not a substitute for advice from a planning consultant, architect or engineer before you lodge an application. Always confirm anything it reports against the authority's own register and development plan.
