Elliott Group has launched a community benefit programme to provide funding for local organisations near the Emmet Road – An Droichead Órga development.
The new initiative aims to support projects that deliver positive outcomes across the local area during the construction phase and beyond. Funding applications have already been approved under the programme's four priority themes, which are designed to support initiatives that strengthen local communities and create opportunities for nearby residents.
Darragh Elliott, CEO of Elliott Group, stated that construction should leave behind opportunities, stronger communities, and a lasting positive impact rather than just buildings.
Sandra McAleer, Programme Manager for Dublin City Council, highlighted that the programme represents a direct investment in the local community throughout the lifetime of the project.
