Grant Invests €8m in Co Offaly Manufacturing Facility and Launches New Cylinder Range

Heating manufacturer Grant has invested €8m to expand its manufacturing facility in Birr, Co Offaly, alongside launching a new range of hot water cylinders.
Heating technology manufacturer Grant has invested €8m in product development and the expansion of its manufacturing facilities in Birr, County Offaly.
The investment supports the launch of the company's new Quick Recovery Cylinder range, which has been designed and manufactured at the County Offaly site. According to the company, these hot water cylinders are developed specifically for low-temperature operations to optimise the performance and efficiency of modern air source heat pumps, such as the Grant Aerona R290 range.
The expanded production capabilities in Birr are intended to meet the rising demand for heat pump-ready hot water systems across Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Europe. The new cylinder design features high-efficiency heat-exchange coils aimed at providing rapid heat-up times.
