Nursing Homes Ireland calls for urgent national dialogue on ageing population

Nursing Homes Ireland has called on the Government to immediately convene a national dialogue to address the country's rapidly ageing population.

The representative body (NHI) warned that the State is running out of time to prepare for these demographic changes. NHI has urged that this national dialogue be established without delay to address the long-term planning and infrastructure challenges associated with an older demographic.
