Iarnród Éireann has issued compulsory purchase order letters to more than 200 landowners along the proposed DART+ West rail route.
The notification letters were delivered to landowners to advise them of the compulsory purchase orders (CPOs) planned along the alignment of the new transit route.
The DART+ West project is a major infrastructure development that requires the acquisition of lands along its proposed corridor. This notification process represents an active step by Iarnród Éireann in securing the property rights necessary to progress the railway expansion project.
