Plans Lodged for 1,510 Apartments at Former Irish Glass Bottle Site in Poolbeg West

Pembroke Beach DAC has submitted plans to Dublin City Council for a 1,510-apartment development at the former Irish Glass Bottle site in Poolbeg West, Dublin 4, forming part of a wider 3,800-home masterplan.
Pembroke Beach DAC has lodged planning documents with Dublin City Council for a proposed 1,510-apartment scheme at the former Irish Glass Bottle site.
The proposal is located in Poolbeg West, Dublin 4. It includes six apartment blocks ranging in height from six to 18 storeys. The development will also feature supporting facilities such as a community hub, a creche, a healthcare facility, artists' studios, as well as retail and neighbourhood service units.
This scheme forms a major component of a wider regeneration plan for the former Irish Glass Bottle site and the adjoining Fabrizia lands. When fully completed, the overall development is intended to deliver approximately 3,800 homes, accommodating around 8,000 people, alongside nearly one million square feet of commercial space.
Pembroke Beach DAC is a joint venture between Ronan Group and Lioncor Developments. The wider development site has existing residential planning permissions, with Dublin City Council having previously granted permission for Phase 1 under the Poolbeg West Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) scheme.
