Priority Construction Achieves First NSAI BIM Certification Via Build Digital Plans

Priority Construction has become the first Irish organisation to achieve NSAI BIM certification using Build Digital’s free Information Management Plans.

The achievement marks a milestone for Ireland's wider digital construction programme. It demonstrates how contracting firms can leverage free resources to align with expanding Building Information Modelling (BIM) requirements under the Capital Works Management Framework.

Build Digital designed its step-by-step Information Management Plans to help construction companies transition from an interest in digital technology to an active, structured approach. The free resources provide small to medium contractors with a practical blueprint to standardise internal processes.

By achieving certification through the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI), the company has established a pathway for other Irish organisations aiming to meet upcoming public sector digital delivery mandates.
