Water Solutions Ireland has applied for planning permission to construct a new purpose-built headquarters at Carnbane Business Park.
Water Solutions Ireland has submitted a planning application for a new headquarters at Carnbane Business Park in Newry. The engineering firm, which specialises in water infrastructure, lodged the planning proposal with Newry, Mourne and Down District Council.
The company is already based at Carnbane Business Park and stated that the proposed purpose-built premises would provide the additional space, flexibility, and capacity required for its next phase of growth. Representatives described the development as a significant milestone in the firm's long-term commitment to the local region.
The Newry Chamber has also expressed support for the plans, noting that the development represents a major step forward for the company. Should planning permission be granted by the council, construction on the new headquarters is scheduled to reach completion in July 2028.
