Houses comprising: 8 no. 2 bed 2 storey terraced houses (c. 81.8 sqm gfa); 38 no. 3 bedroom 2 storey semi - detached houses (c. 97.5sqm gfa); 1 no. 3 bedroom single storey detached house (c. 95.9 sqm gfa); and 12 no. 4 bedroom 2 storey semi-detached houses (c. 120 sqm gfa). The development will be accessed and served by the exisiting and permitted internal road network, site services and open space as permitted under reg. Ref. : 99/3698, reg. Ref. :13/6594 and reg.
