Carlow to combine it with the adjoining commercial premises to provide an extension to the bar at ground floor level, additional ground floor ancillary space to the rear consisting of kitchen, cold room and toilets, and to provide an external area to the bar at the rear; (2) modification of two existing residential accommodation at first and second floor level with landscaped first floor terrace level over; (3) the addition of a 3 storey building to the rear of the existing structure fronting bishop street consisting of 2 no. 1 bed and 1 no. 2 bed apartments and providing a new entrance on bishop street to the 3 new residential units plus the 2 existing units over the irish bar; (4) landscaping of land to the rear to provide a separate landscaped amenity space for residential use only; (5) the rebuilding of existing boundary walls as required including a pedestrian fire escape exiting to the carpark at the rear of morrissey's pharmacy
