The development of the following elements: the erection and operation of a photovoltaic energy development which includes the erection of fixed panels on ground mounted frames, 1no. Energy storage compound, customer switchgear container, 1no. Dno substation which will be connected to the national grid, electrical transformer and inverter units, underground cabling and ducting, spare equipment container, boundary fencing, security entrance gates, cctv, internal access road and all associated ancillary activities.
