No. Cw66) the development will consist/consists of: demolition of a two-storey extension to the rear of the house and a single-story extension to the side of the original house. The construction of a new two-storey extension to the rear and two-storey (basement and ground) extension to the side. The reroofing of the house to there original detail, refurbishiment of original windows and replacement of some non-original windows. Reinstatement of two blocked up windows to the rear. Alterations to the internal layout. New mechanical and electrical services. Removal of septic tank and connections to mains. No parking or significant trees will be affected
