For development at the following lands; aghaway, artonagh, drumcalpin, edrans, lappanbane, lappanduff, ratrussan and tievenanass, cootehill, county cavan. The development will consist of technical amendments to the permitted development (register reference 09/280 (pl02.235597) & 12/218 (pl02.241405)) to provide for revised turbine specifications; amendments to crane hardstandings and minor associated technical alterations.
