- To retain all alterations and changes to existing partly constructed two storey dwelling on site and from that previously granted planning permission under file reference number 06/469. Alterations and changes proposed to be retained consist of the following
- Increased footprint with additional area of 62sqm on ground floor and 118sqm on first floor
- External brick finish on all elevations
- Additional two storey bay windows, window form and door openings
- Relocation of single storey rear extension consisting of 36sqm from the north west facing gable to the south east facing gable
- Alterations to internal room layout
- Redesign of front porch opening
- First floor extension to the south east elevation and slight alteration to location of dwelling on site. Permission is also sought to complete dwelling as per revised plans, to install a treatment system and associated polishing filter and to construct a new site entrance together with all associated site works
