To (i) carry out amendments to previously approved permission, ref. No. 14/127 for new single storey production building on the south eastern side of the existing two storey building, these amendments area as follows: (a) change of use of a section of the area from production to administration/staff facilities, area = 620m2, (b) construct new first floor level over the change of use area for administration use, area = 620m2, (ii) construct new two storey extension (area = 435m2 on ground floor, 415m2 on first floor) on the south eastern side of the existing building for administration/staff facilities use. (iii) to construct new single storey link corridor, (area = 75m2) on the south western side of the existing two storey production building for access from the new administration /staff facilities building to the existing production building. (iv) to construct new single storey box store and pallet tray storage building, (area = 800m2) with two dock levellers and adjacent open bunded storage area on the north eastern side of the main production building.
