For development consisting of construction of a camping park within a special protection area (lough sheelin special protection area 004065) and within a proposed national heritage areas (lough sheelin pnha 000987) including; a. A fully serviced single storey building containing toilets, showers & wash up facilities, laundry room, plant room and storage rooms, b. Conversion of existing single storey domestic house on site to a reception area with kitchen canteen, games rooms and hang out areas with mezzanine over part. House to be part demolished and rebuilt on north side gable. Hipped roof to be replaced with the addition of roof lights. Rear east elevation to have adjoining existing lean to shed demolished and glazing installed to match existing house. Minor alteration to allow changes to over structure. C. A camping area with driveway and associated fittings for each pitch with a proprietary waste water system and percolation area, chemical sewerage treatment facilities, private well, car-parking, entrance, walls and piers and all ancillary works. D. A natura impact statement is being submitted with the application. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.
