To construct a new single storey pitched roof rear extension and the construction of a new single storey flat roof rear extension to form a link between the existing single storey dwelling and the new single storey pitched roof rear extension. When completed the existing dwelling and extension will become a 4 bedroom dwelling. The existing dwelling is currently 3 bedrooms.
