Development description

For a change of use for my existing domestic garage to be used for a commercial microbrewery. The microbrewery will be extremely small (26sqm) and should not have any impact on local traffic or the environment. I intend to upgrade the internal electrical sockets within the garage and also add in a drain that will link from the garage to the already existing septic tank
