To carry out the following residential development works at no. ’s 35 & 37 bridge street, cootehill, co. Cavan. All works are in conjunction with previously approved developments at no. ’s 41, 43 & 45 bridge street (planning reg. No. 21/614, 22/320 & 22/536). 41 bridge street is listed as a protected structure in the current cavan county development plan. (1) to renovate & upgrade an existing mid-terrace dwelling house building at no. 35 bridge street, to include minor alterations to elevations and internal fit-out works, and also to demolish & rebuild single storey extension to rear. (2) demolition of end of terrace building at no. 37 bridge street, to facilitate vehicular site access from bridge street and connecting proposed development with adjoining approved development at no. ’s 41, 43 & 45 bridge street. (3) reinstatement of arched alleyway access to no. 45 bridge street, without any structural modifications (where modifications were previously permitted under planning reg. No. 22/536) and for use as pedestrian access only. (4) revised layout to previously approved backlands residential development to no’s 41, 43 & 45 bridge street, to include extended site area to include no. ’s 35 & 37 bridge street, the exclusion of 2 no.
