The new combined mezzanine will total 348 sqm and will comprise of labs, offices, stores and welfare facilities. Elevational changes to include the replacement of high level glazing and door with 5 no. Windows at first floor level and provision of 5 no. Windows, 1no. Door, and ac/ahu appliances at ground floor level all on the north western façade. In addition, a new canopy and 1 no. 5.1m wide x 1m high and 1 no. 1.7m wide x 0.5m high company signs are to be provided, the existing damaged timber curtain wall is to be replaced with a contemporary curtain walling system, 6 no.
