For a 10-year planning permission for works to upgrade the kingscourt wastewater treatment plant (wwtp) in the townland of corgarry, and construction of an outfall pipeline in the public road corridor and in private lands in the townlands of corgarry, cabra, cormey and mullantra, all in the electoral division of kingscourt in county cavan. The proposed development consists of the following works: (1) demolition of existing inlet works and replacement with new inlet works including a dual function overflow chamber, flume, screens, and grit and grease removal units; (2) decommissioning of the existing storm water tank and the storm water overflow (swo) outfall at the wwtp; (3) new dual function overflow outfall pipe connection from the new wwtp inlet works to the single outfall to the cabra stream (glyde_010); (4) 1 no. New underground storm water holding tank and associated swo outfall pipe connection via a single outfall to the cabra stream (glyde_010), adjacent to the wwtp; (5) 1 no.
