For the following works which are to include: the demolition of the existing boiler house and associated structures and the re-location of the existing sub-station. The reconfiguration of the existing site access/egress geometry, on site lighting, hard and soft landscaping, and carparking/circulation to inculde additional car parking and bicycle spaces. The refurbishment of an existing entrance lobby including new cladding, glazing, wheelchair access ramp and signage.
