The proposed development will include: the change of use of the existing light industrial/warehouse unit to office accommodation. Carrying out alterations and additions to the existing building unit, amend the internal layout, install a platform lift within new entrance foyer and construct a new single storey entrance on the north west building elevation. Alterations to the existing on site car park including the provision of new concrete ramp and steps to access the building unit. Replace the existing external balustrading .
